In order to be banned, much less permabanned, I would hope there needs to be some major disturbance first. I have been "annoying" specific people by using their own logic and claims against them, and only when they use those claims. Logically that would mean they're in at least as much trouble as me. Even with the Galaxy Girls, I don't know how attached she was to that. The reason she created it was because when she tried pitching cartoons aimed at girls, execs would turn her down, so a cartoon based on a doll toy line would be seen as a better selling point for her to develop a girls cartoon.
