I realise that it's not a good thing to see and that it's not a good thing for it to stay for around two hours.

I'll have a chat with the rest of the mods and !!wifehorse and see if anyone can change their timetable a bit or whether hiring another mod would be worth it.

Some Russian guy is running a bot. It hits multiple imageboards at random times throughout the day.

I went to 4chon's /meta/ board and saw the same thing. Thread after thread of people complaining about the spam, with the spam interspersed throughout. Exact same image and filename that had just been posted here.

The reason it reminded me of the that time was that it will fix the problem but it will also make it a hassle to post, just like the caretaker fixed the leak and we had to walk to the other end of the hallway to get our water from the water cooler apparatus.
