Its just a stupid post. I wouldn't moderate against those types of posts unless there is either an epidemic or a community stand against them.

I don't see a rule that it breaks.

The polite/civil section seems to clarify that it means not to insult others because of their opinion. To me this isn't any different than the "ur a faget" pictures and is just a lot quality post which ponychan doesn't have a rule against.

It's an obvious troll post, so they kind of warrant deletion. And the same guy made another post that said the same thing and it was deleted, so I don't see why this one was left alone and want to get a mod's reasoning and opinion on this.

To me they don't warrant deletion unless they break the rules or if there is a community upheaval. If people want it deleted, then the mods should delete it since it IS a serious discussion board. But it really isn't against the rules in the letter at least.

If he is doing it multiple times I think they could use the convenient excuse to say its spamming.

My guess is that someone misclicked.

If you purely follow the letter of the rules. you'll quickly discover how good the human race is at finding ways around that.

There's a reason the porn section of the rules states:
This section is not meant to be comprehensive. Consider erring on the side of caution instead of trying to pick apart the language here.
in spite of the fact it's one of the most detailed rule sections of it's kind that I've seen.

Most other websites make do with some variation of "Dont post anything considered 'adult'"
