#Canon: Donut Bar #DiscussionOnly #Gacha Gacha Gacha Pon #Pon Pon Gacha Pon

A mysterious gachapon machine is about to appear in the Donut Bar, dispensing quality figurines of various Donut Bar characters for all to collect and enjoy! The price is simply one Gachabit; if you're lucky, you could win big! But first, it needs rules. Rules, and lots and lots of characters!

If you are a member of the Donut Bar canon, submit your character to be entered into the gachapon collection! Decide whether your character will be Common, Uncommon, Rare, or Ultra Rare. Most likely no one will argue about your decision (I hope). Highly exclusive Platinum figurines may also exist!

Rules (subject to discussion and change):
•Every day, each player (not character) magically obtains three silver Gachabits. They are the same size and shape as bits, but are not legal tender.
•Players can distribute their Gachabits to their characters however they please, but if they are not distributed to characters, they disappear at the start of the next day.
•Gachabits can be saved and bartered freely, but only by characters, not players. Gachabits physically exist and can be stolen!
•Only one Gachabit can be put into the machine at a time. There is no way to alter your chances of getting a rare figurine. As a device existing partially in meta-canon, it is unaffected by any attempt to thwart its capricious distribution of plastic figures.

Let the submission/discussion BEGIN!

Random sorters are recommended for character classification, otherwise we could end up with maybe ten or twelve commons and, like, fifty super-rares.

I don't know, the whole point is that the more desirable ones should be harder to get, right? I think people will make good decisions. We should at least see how this turns out and if we have to push some from Rare to Uncommon that's what we'll do.

..........hell, why not. Basing my rareness on how much I play those charactes.

Varmus (pony) - Common
This toffee-coated Earth Pony stallion with frizzy chocolate mane and blue eyes grins mischieviously. He has a pencil cutie mark.

Varmus (dragon) - Common
This teenage-sized, wingless dragon has sandy brown scales and blue underbelly and eyes, with black fins down his spine.

Billyfish - Uncommon
This chartreuse mare with messy black mane has spinning rainbow discs for eyes and a hoof-drawn cutie mark, different for each figurine!

Pear Lite - Uncommon
This unicorn mare with a gentle smile comes with a little hammer and anvil!

Kiddo - Common
This wiry human girl has scars all over her body, sandy blond hair and a little revolver in hand.

Octavia Cephelia von Tentacles McGee, adult - Rare
This classy gray mare has a mass of tentacles instead of hind legs! They writhe as you move her. She has a removable bowtie.

Octavia Cephelia von Tentacles McGee, baby - Rare
This cute little gray filly has a mass of tentacles instead of lower body! She has a removable bowtie. The figurine can stick to clean surfaces via a suction cup hid between the tentacles.

...That'd be it for now.

A happy-looking pegasus mare, with the rather odd color set of emerald green coat and deep cyan mane. On closer inspection, her face betrays a hint of sadness.

>Dawn Breeze--Nightmare
A sinister, towering pegasus, with wings that seem like they could block the sun out. It looks out at the world with a grimace of disgust at the obvious criminals before it.

>Dawn Breeze--Injured
A worried-looking pegasus colt, with the rare color scheme of dark green coat and greenish-blue mane. His face shows pain, and his left wing is bandaged. His right hind leg has been replaced--is that the lamp from 'A Hearth's-Warming Story'!?

It's pretty simple.
You just tell us what characters you want to be available as figurines, add a description or a small bit of text for the figurine, and mention any extra bits (accessories, features, lights and sounds, etc) that you want on your character's figurine.
You'll also want to assign a rarity (Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Ultra-Rare). Platinum rarity is limited to 4 legends of the Bar right now, though.

By the way, we still haven't worked out any rules for how this thing dispenses figurines, rolling for what gets dispensed. Some ideas have been suggested, but we could use many different ideas. We won't be able to set anything concrete until we know just how many of each rarity there will be, but it'd be nice to work out some sort of framework in the meantime.

Isn't the entire point of the platinum rarity cards that they're nigh impossible to get?
The entire point of making different rarities is to make some collectibles more valuable by making them harder to get, and the highest tier should be fucking impossible to get or else it hasn't got much more value.

>>441104
Then maybe we can tweak the numbers. Who knows?

I'll bet you it was somewhere in the thousandths, at least.
Have you got any idea how many Pokemon booster packs are opened a day?
In all likelihood, there were millions of other people who didn't get any rare cards from their packs.

>>441109
...That seems awfully low, but I'll roll with it.
This means that, in a week, there would be 7 X 30, or 210, rolls of the Gachapon dice.
Now, there may not be a guarantee that the 1% chance happens in every 100 rolls, but the chance of getting that 1% goes up real fast as you pile on the rolls. And it gets pretty big once you start going over 100 rolls.
In the first month, there will be 840 rolls, assuming a month is 4 weeks. How likely are you to get that 1% in those 840 rolls? How many times do you think you'll get it?
And that's just the first month.

>>441110
That could work. But it'd still suffer from the same problem as the d100 system--there's gonna be 840 attempts to get the Platinum per month. How likely is it that you'll get a platinum in the first month? How often could you feasibly get a platinum?

Debate is useless as much as job interviews are useless--they suck at what they're supposed to do (debates are about proving that you're right, not who si right; job interviews are about getting someone to like you, not making sure you're good at the job) but they serve a purpose (debates allow you to convince others that you really are right; interviews determine if you're too crazy in the coconut to be the face of the business)

First counterpoint: Your right idea is useless if nopony will help you make it happen. Even if you have the best book idea ever, no publisher will print it unless you can show why it will sell better than 50 Shades. Similar problems occur with a variety of other things.
You are going to have to get help from others at some point, or at least convince them to buy into whatever idea you have. If all you say is "I'm right", they'll shrug and say "Well, where's the proof?"
...or at least the smart ones who can get things done will.

Second counterpoint: You can bet your ass that anyone who has enough intelligence to come up with reasons why your idea will fail. They are going to have numbers of some sort, and they are going to have logic. Anyone who can't provide a decent argument against your idea probably isn't powerful enough or intelligent enough to be worth asking for help, anyway.

Third counterpoint: I enjoy sharpening my wit by holding impromptu debates, and I (like many others) have a sort of defensive reflex which urges me to defend my own idea. Basically, people don't like being wrong.
>> No. 441158
>>441157
Well, we could go to skype if you want...

First countercounterpoint: You're making a huge assumption in saying that any right idea requires other people to know it's right to be useful. Most ideas don't. Also, having to explain why your book is better than another is a horrible way to go about things. If your book is good, it'll sell. What author goes and publicly defends their book?

Second countercounterpoint: If you're right, and they're smart, then they won't spend their time and energy arguing why you're wrong because they'll figure out that you're right instead. Of course it's better if you also can explain to them why you're right, making it unnecessary for them to figure it out themselves, but the point stands that knowing how to win arguments without knowing how to be right in the first place is a bad thing, while knowing how to be right without knowing how to convey it is a good thing, only bad in comparison to beng able to do both.
>> No. 441159
>>441158
First point: Nobody does. But they all have to find someone to print their books, and publishers do that. And publishers have to make sure they're making a good investment, so they have to look over the book and interview the author to see whether or not they have either A) something that could be the new bestseller but doesn't fall under another category or B) something they know will sell.

Second point: How many people of any intelligence will readily admit that they are wrong? If any large number of people would be willing to do so, these arguments wouldn't exist.
In addition, knowing how to prove your right-ness but not having a right thing to prove the right-ness of is not necessarily bad. Firstly, it shows great skill in the field of debate; and secondly, writing bullshit and making it seem right is how a variety of authors sell (if only the people who are right sold, there would only be one opinion in each category of nonfiction); and thirdly, it serves as preparation for when you finally do have an idea that is right; and fourthly, proving that you are right depends largely upon having facts to back your statements up, and that depends largely on being right in the first place.
>> No. 441161
>>441159
1) Yeah, no arguments needed. And bullshitting your way into getting a bad book published isn't going to help you.

2) That's actually a very good parameter for intelligence: openness to contradictory ideas.
>Firstly, it shows great skill in the field of debate
Which we're currently arguing the merits of, so you're begging the question.
>secondly, writing bullshit and making it seem right is how a variety of authors sell
Which is again a bad thing for the world. Misinformation is one of the most powerful tools for evil there is.
>thirdly, it serves as preparation for when you finally do have an idea that is right
Bullshitting is preparation for legit arguing? Not buying it.
>fourthly, proving that you are right depends largely upon having facts to back your statements up, and that depends largely on being right in the first place.
Case in point, you need to be right in the first place for debating skill to have any value.
>> No. 441162

1)
How do you prove that your book is worth selling? By providing a logical argument.
Arguing your way into being right when you're wrong is far more challenging than arguing your way into being right when you are right. It's just better practice.
And if your book sells despite its horridness, you get plenty of money.

2)
The problem is that being open to your own idea being wrong is against most people's natures.
I will give you the point that showing great skill in debate is useless if debate is useless.
Creating a lot of different viewpoints can actually encourage debates, and by extension logical thinking. After all, what point is there in arguing if everyone knows what is actually right?
If your logical abilities are strong enough to win on a foundation of shaky facts and bullshit, then it'll kick ass on a foundation of solid facts.
This last point is kind of turning into a circular argument, my bad. Basically, if you're right then you'll have what you need to effectively debate; if you're wrong, then all you'll get from it is a lot of practice in reacting to a hole poked in your logic.
>> No. 441164
>>441162
Basically your whole argument now is that being good at arguing wrong is a useful tool, while I say it's a horrible thing because it encourages people to be wrong and pretend to be justified. Do you have any idea how much harm comes out of that? People who argue on bullshit don't know they're wrong. So you have a very flawed image of thinking people who bullshit using that experience to help them argue well in debates. No, if they learn to bullshit, they'll always bullshit. If they really knew how to argue well, they'd have already given up the wrong positions.

>The problem is that being open to your own idea being wrong is against most people's natures.
See this? This is because people like you say "Hey, bullshitting is a perfectly valid way of arguing because it's good practice for real debates." Not only is that dead wrong, but the science of rationality does NOT include bullshitting.

On one hand, the Platinums are supposed to be the most rare out there. If we get one in the first week or even first month, we have missed the entire point of such a rare figure. On the other, we do still want them to be available before we hit the "once in a million years" mark. That being said, please, please don't let the "I NEED A PLATINUM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE" thing affect your arguments to lower the rarity, and this the value. Worry about that once we actually have a system, or everyone will have a Platinum fig and the entire point of a Platinum is lost.

So lemme test something.

I think 1/1000 for a platinum is good, but we should get more opinions. This is just my preference, but I kind of thing the probabilities should be exponential. For instance, if uncommons are 4 times less likely than commons, then rares would be 4 times less likely than uncommons, and so on. I think it'd make the math a lot less of a hassle assuming it's not just an arbitrary list like this >>441193 (which it very well may end up as).

>>441193
Note: This setup makes getting not-commons exactly as likely as commons.

Or it could just be something real easy like
d1000 = 668
1 Platinum
2-10 UR
11-100 R
101-300 UC
301-1000 C
>> No. 441202
>>441201
Yep. I second this motion. This gives a:
♦ 1/1000 chance of Platinum,
♦ 9/1000 chance of UR,
♦ 9/100 of R,
♦ 2/10 of UC and
♦ 7/10 of C.

Sounds like good odds for me. Now, after the initial roll for rarity, there should be a following roll on one of the tables for the exact figurine?
>> No. 441203
>>441202
Yes, that's definitely necessary, but not possible until we have a complete collection of characters. Two questions remain:

How long should the sign-up last? We can't start the gachapon until it finishes, but we don't want to leave anyone out. (There will of course be a way to dd new characters afterward, so it might not be a huge problem.)

Should we add prominent characters without the players' permission if they don't come to sign up?

Make a deadline of some sort (Deadline #1), then after that, make a list of characters that didn't sign up (like the Professor or Blowhard, or Celestia or Pinkieshine or Czymsim) and then 1. ask some people to help make the rarity-value to those characters and 2, if you can't contact them till, say, Deadline #2, add them as a 2cnd wave of characters?

No, I was thinking more of "X amount of people didn't post a thing and we could use more characters to make this fun, so as to not wait a month lets make one run now and the other as we get all the other character names listed"

I mean, I don't even remember all the characters that appeared here, do you?

I know there was at least 2 Gildas and 2 more griphons, I heard of a Carrot Top, 3 Scootaloos (1 was a robot), an anthro shark-girl (or dolphin?), Dr Who (4th, 9th, 10th and pony), Spiderman FUCK NO, and god knows what else. Do you want to wait a month for all that?
>> No. 441216
Alright, just found out about this. Lemme insert a few fun characters.

Name: Carwyn.
Type: Common.

Bipedal wolf in black robes with long hair. Heterochromia, left eye is grey as the right one is brown.
Depicted holding paws out, detachable clear plastic ring with two knives and a sword on it, as if the figure were juggling.

Name: Carwyn (Special Edition... edition. An addition to the Special Edition editions?)
Type: Uncommon.
Carwyn crossing his arms, 'cept with knockers! Gotta love r63, right?

what are you telling me this isn't r63, he's got- ohhhhhhh. ohhhhh.

And now, some retired characters! Unless we're not doing that.

Name: Gjorklejack
Type: Rare.
Your typical AJ, except with a few bottles of whiskey on the base. Does anyone even remember this character? Probably not, and that's why she's rare!

Name: Firing Pin
Type: Rare.
Pony, mare, very light yellow coat with dark and bright red frizzy hair. Seen holding a wrench.

Am I missing a vital fact I forgot to add?

There are popular characters that are simply a must-have (like Sigmund) but at the same time I don't want this to be too crowded with one-time characters that no one remembers (Of course everyone will be getting characters they don't know sometimes).
So how about we have a vote sometime for prominent characters that haven't signed up? Say, only characters recommended by 3 or more people can be entered into the collection IF their player doesn't sign them up (or object, obviously).

Don't let his mundane look fool you. With a big iron on his hip, and a .44 magnum, he is a good adventurer and animal caretaker. Mostly prefers to take care of young dragons however.

Alright, we've gathered LOTS of the wonderful characters who have graced the bar over the years, but there are still lots more beloved faces who haven't been signed up yet! I'd much prefer if at least every big-name character were available for the barflies to covet. So now, suggestions have been opened!
(Discussion of rarity is also open as always)

What this means: You may now sign up other people's characters for the Gachapon. However, a suggestion must get three votes (including yours) to be accepted. This is to give a chance to all the popular characters that some, even their creators, may have forgotten. Suggesting a one-shot character that didn't make a splash probably won't work, so try to pick ones that people want to see! If someone does not want some/all of their characters available, they may have them removed.

My suggestions

Sigmund Imago (forms?) - Rare

President Blowhard (if he agrees) - Rare

Marie (pony) - Ultra Rare
Marie (otter) - Rare
Amethyst Flare (various forms) - All common
Medli? - Rare

Sunburst - Uncommon?
Solar Flare - Uncommon
Data Flare? - Rare?

Celestia - Ultra Rare

Chocolate Pi - Common

Alethia - Uncommon

Dom - Common
Bear - Uncommon

Mini Mare - Uncommon

Cloud - Uncommon

Solar Flare (NLR Edition)
Common

A pony born from the mind of another, Sunset. Solar Flare's made from that pony's worse traits without any of the better ones. His cowardice landed him in The White, a torture chamber pocket dimension designed to grant his request for "safety" from the coming war at the NLR. Fortunately, this started him on the path away from evil, first for fear and later for genuine care.

Solar Flare (D:E Edition)
Rare

Unlike his NLR counterpart, this Solar Flare has been Solar Flare all his life. That didn't stop him being part of a similar separation ritual, though, which resulted in the three ponies Solar Flare, Pinkie Flare and Data. Without anything to guide him away from his darker nature, he traded the Triforce of Power for a dream reality where he lived as a god. He mysteriously died, possibly because of Pinkie.

Pinkie Flare
Uncommon

After Solar Flare split himself into his good and evil halves, they found themselves having to inhabit the same body. Fortunately the same power that let Solar split himself allowed him to combine two separate Pinkieshines' minds. Solar's good half then sat herself in the body of one Pinkieshine, leading her to become Pinkie Flare. Her mind was corrupted by Discord, leading to the creation of Chaomina. It's unknown where she is, or if she's even still alive.

Sunburst/Sunbeam
Common

What happens when you let a Chaomina with much less restraint than the one the Donut Bar's used to "play". This is a small filly named Corrie, whose mind has been warped and toyed with until finally her identity was replaced by a drone-like slave named Sunburst. She was last in the care of Dulset Tarn, who helped Corrie and named Sunburst Sunbeam.

OKAY, the full list is up and we've got a very nice looking collection now! By my estimates, the Gachapon will be appearing in the bar tomorrow morning! If you have any suggestions or characters left to add, this is your chance! (I think the math and rolls might work out better if we had one more common and two more uncommons, and then every set would have a multiple of three figurines)

https://docs.google.com/document/d/12Ly-Q7FeaRol_-7cE-euXK93b8DTzrUX0zdHsQd7zm8/edit?pli=1

Also, there are still a few things that need working out with the rolls. There are a few different rarity roll systems to choose from, and new ideas are still welcome. We also haven't even begun with the figurine roll, that determines what figurine you get after rolling for rarity! This is the final stretch, let's make this happen!

...It seems that I'm running out of time to procrastinate. Here's two descriptions for now, will try to do more at some point.

Kelly: Civvie Edition
Uncommon
a pale-skinned and sapphire-blue eyed human female, wearing a light grey quarter-sleeve T-shirt and dark grey pants along with black tennis shoes. Her black hair is pulled back into a ponytail. The human's right hand was clasping her left elbow, and her expression seemed to be somewhere between annoyance and nervousness.

Kelly: Quartermaster Edition
Common
This figurine is a bipedal wearing a uniform reminiscent of WW1 nazis, complete with gas mask and helm. It seemed to be looking downwards at something on the ground, at the same time pulling out a laspistol from it's holster. The figure is decidedly small, considering it stands on a 25mm base, and is completely immobile.

Changed the rariy of the two figures, as well as switching out 'uncertainty' for 'nervousness' in the civvie description and pointing out the scale of the quartermaster figure.

Emiline
Common
A small human child, about the height of an adult pony. His skin is a deathly pale while his eyes are a dull grey, and his black hair can be described as a buzz cut that had grown out a little. He wears a light grey tank top, dark grey pants from a set of child-sized fatigues, and black combat boots. He holds a sword-bayonet in his right hand, with the sheath for it strapped on his back.

>Aurora
Aurora is Twilight's second daughter, a blue pony that shared the intelligence of her mother. At the age of ten she created a virtual intelligence called Omega.

>Ava
Ava is a young girl that came from the distant planet of TITAN colony E-42, she currently lives with Ammie and her family in Hyperspace. WARNING: She may puke lava.

>Eloria
This little vampire-werewolf-pony is a red filly that generally can be seen carrying a umbrella and a katana. She recently started living with Twisted Fate and Pink Master.

>eNigma
Model N, or eNigma, short for Enriquetta Nicoletta Igrayne Genevieve Melissann Anarietta, is an android created to be a sister to Model M, Machina by herself. She currently can be seen hiding from her Master, Raggedy M.

>Machina v6
This is the first female form of Machina, Shiro, her personality was the saddest and the most depressing of the, generally cheerful, Machina.

>Machina v7
This is one of the shortest versions of Machina, Makise Kurisu. She used this form for a short time before deciding to go back to her Haruko form.

>Naviel Sunderland
Pyromanic, paranoid, psychotic, has a phobia of touch... There's a lot wrong with Naviel and so the blond girl prefers to hide herself and her burns in a corner while playing with her lighter.

>Naviel Waters
Naviel Waters is a pink haired gothic girl that sometimes walks the bar. Her most prominent feature is her ability to see and talk to ghosts.

>Yuuko
The japanese woman can sometimes be seen in the bar, generally accompanied by her two children. She has the amazing ability to grant wishes and so, talking to her may sometimes have good outcomes.

>Blue Master
The personality that represents Twilight Master's intelligence. She is a blue pony has the name indicates.

>Filly Aurora
A filly version of Aurora Master, Twilight's daughter

>Green Master
Green represents Twilight's aggressiveness. It's a... you guess it, green pony.

>Machina v3
This is the first form of the Model M, Hiruma (From Eyeshield 21), at the time called Mark, that was RPed. Although he rarely was seen in the bar during this form, being a NLR character, it's still a important mark in Machina story.

>Neuro
Nougami Neuro (Aka Brain-Eater Neuro) was a short running character, that slowly became a rare cameo character. He is a demon that feeds on solving puzzles and loves to mind fuck people, literally. Who knows, maybe his comeback will come soon?

>Nurse Akali
The first of the weirdest nurse pair in the hospital. Akali used to be a ninja before becoming a nurse, and so, she sometimes uses her cutting abilities too much and ends up killing the patient. But don't worry, while Nurse Bubbles is with her, everything will be fine.

>Nurse Bubblehead
This grotesque monster from Silent Hill is, behind her monstrous form, and language only Nurse Akali can understand, one of the best nurses on the hospital.

>Red Master
Red is the final personality in Twilight's head, it mostly represents her traumas and bad feelings. She takes the form of a red demonic pegasus.

>Human Red Master
(check Red Master's description) Red Master, is the only of the Master sisters to have the ability to change into a human, and while she prefers her pony form, it's not that unusual to see her in her red dress walking around in her human form.

Aaaand I'ma add descriptions!~

>Amethyst Flare (Cream)

"This small, adorable little bunbun is Ammie's not-so-oftenly used and somewhat cartoony form. With giant orange eyes, cream fur and garbed in a dark orange dress, this snuggly little bunny is unmistakeable."

>Amethyst Flare (Mew)

"One of Ammie's first forms, a small pink kitten that inexplicably floats, has the tendency to transform into other Pokemon and is psychic. She doesn't seem to use it that much lately, I wonder why?"

>Amethyst Flare (Mimiga)

"Itty bitty bunny just got cuter! A small, snow-white little rabbit dressed in a detachable green sweater. D'aww, it's fur is so soft~"

>Amethyst Flare (Tewi)

"Ammie's most common form, a young girl with rabbit ears, a mop of messy black hair on her head and dressed up in a frilly, lacy pink dress!"

>Embara Spines

"The bar's very own friendly dragon! She's got purple scales, and feels somewhat warm to touch for some reason."

>Lolly

"The lesser known dragoness, small, cute, and not as warm as the bigger dragon Spines. Comes with a little switch at the back, to change her eyes from blue to demonic looking! How neat!"

>Marie (Otter)

"What a chubby little otter. She's soft and squeezy, and smells faintly of chocolate."

>Marie (pony)

"Rarely seen, and for good reason! A headful of frizzy red mane, a cream coloured coat and a cutie mark of a heart on a pillow. She's so soft and squeezable, you bet it could double as a teddy bear! Or a stress ball."

Canis (Ultra Rare) - One of the last of the dire wolves, easily as tall as any stallion and with fur as white as snow, his eyes belie his charming playful nature. Twin icey orbs, ones that have seen much death.

Aria (Common) - The definitive angry doctor. A long red mane plays off her pure white coat, and a firey temper gives context to that mane. Infamous at Canterlot general for napping whenever possible and leaving terrifyingly threatening notes warning any who should try and wake her. This combined with her borderline addiction to coffee makes Aria an... Interesting mare to be around.

Shepard (Common) - Owner of the bar around the bend and the closest thing Blowhard has to a normal friend. Wesky is a vampire in his early 50's, but long ago vowed to never feed without permission and is just generally a stand up guy. Never seen without a suit he's always got his mane impecabbly styled and his clothing impecabbly neat, all in the hopes to draw attention from his dead eyes...

Kerrigan (Uncommon) - A vagrant human from a far off place, known for being horrendously thin, hilariously snarky and hotly... Hot. With bubblegum pink hair and old torn clothes showing off plenty of skin she's quite a sight. Especially when she pulls a hammer bigger than she is from her tiny messenger bag.

Spirit (Rare) - The realm of shadow itself as a young human...Ish girl, with white hair, passive grey eyes, a dogs ears and tail and a skimpy little flower print tunic

Alma (Uncommon) - Everyone's favourite Daemon hunter. Even the Daemons. A beauty with green hair and a grey coat, her sparkling green eyes always filled with mischief beneath her black witches hat, the symbol of the inquisition upon it. 4 marks adorn her body, each one for a different chaos god.

Syline (Rare) (Pony form) - Alma's favourite Daemon (The professors to~).Possessing the body of a cultist who's soul was lost to the warp, she's a rather odd if cute sight. A purple mane matches a darker purple coat, twin streaks of gold marking both her tail and mane. Her body is adorned with scars, on her neck, thigh and face, the killing blows for the original occupant of the body. But her beautiful, evershifting aurora like eyes more than make up for those.

Syline (Ultra rare) (Daemon form) - Alma's favourite Daemon. Clothed in ragged grey robes and a blue cape, naught but her beak is visible beneath her hood, in her clawed hands she holds a wooden staff, tipped with a living lamprey mouth, at her back sit two huge angelic midnight blue wings

Singed (Common) - A crazy Chemist. As tall as Celestia and far far stronger, he's rarely seen not wrapped head to toe in bandages to hide the awful scarring his self testing has caused, bloodshot eyes glare out from over the bandages, putting many off from him. But the few who get to know him find Singed to be a friendly if manic companion.

Sleight of hand (Common) - A blind old gambler and musician. Son of Twisted Fate, this brown coated stallion stands much brawnier and taller than his father, rarely seen without his stetson, black duster coat with his ace card cutie mark on it, and a red blindfold, hiding his empty eyesockets. Eyes torn out by a rather angry gang's trained ravens far to the north.

Angel (Rare) - Canis's adopted daughter. A literal angel who's mother was killed by bears when they crashed on earth, Canis has been raising this adorable little blue winged wolf since she was 3 months old, and he was fourteen.

Dalia (Uncommon) - Alma's son from another timeline, 2 years younger than his mother and the exact opposite... Except for in looks, they're damn near identical. But while she's cheerful and feisty, Dalia is cold, distant and sorrowful. Brought on by his profession as a death Jester, but no one would doubt Dalia's passion once they've heard him sing or seen him dance.

Money bags (Common) - the embodiment of wealth itself, this green coated, silver and golden maned stallion started out as a sentient copper coin a long time ago. More recently he dated Dulset, but they broke up after a few sweet months.

Rion (common) - Syline's... Room-mate? A daemon princess of Slaanesh. This copper skinned, red haired beauty has a habit of walking around stark nude. Thankfully, our model artist put her in this tasteful sparkling red cocktail dress. No human nudity allowed. Kids buy these things.

DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM RIDER!(Platinum) - "Out of the mists of chaos he rides, bike in his crotch and sword at his side!
DOOOOOOOOOOOOOM Rider!
Doom Rider.
Na na, na na.
He fights his own war, takes his own track, If he doesn't bail he might make his points back!
DOOOOOOOOOOOOOM Rider!
Doom Rider.
Na na, na na.
Son of Slaanesh, full of desire, He does cocaine and his head's on fire!
DOOOOOOOOOOOOOM Rider!
Doom rider.
Na na, na na.
Fights with fury of a dozen men, Spends two turns on the field then he's gone again...
DOOOOOOOOOOOOOM Rider!
Doom Rider.
Na na, na na.
His bike squeals as it ploughs on through the nearest guard, His skull is flaming as his daemon sword gets hard!
DOOOOOOOOOOOOOM Rider!
Doom Rider.
Na na, na na.
He's a killer and he's bursting out for fun! Screaming off, now he's gone, someone rolled a one!"

The Jester (Rare) - The man who trained Dalia and the professors long lost uncle. This cooky timelord is always seen in a mottled amalgamation of robes, checkered bandanna's and well over a dozen scarves.

Cheshire (Uncommon) - Dalia's cat. A time shifting immortal cat, with an ever present grin and a penchant for speaking in riddles and rhymes. He never fails to annoy.

Gin (Common) - The every man mastermind. A genocidal monster from another world. Gin is one of the few of his species unable to transform into a hulking brute... That gave him a bit of a napoleon syndrome. So there's only one othr of his species left now and that's thanks to Gin. But he's happy and that's all that matters: Always smiling, always laughing, and always wearing a snappy suit and a fedora over his mop of green hair. He makes for an odd - and if you know who he is, frightening - sight.

Nissy (Common) - Gin's younger brother and the bar's unnoficial legal advisor, he shares his brothers penchant for suits... Not so much his penchant for murder. Good friends with Spines and several others in the bar, Nissy is one of Blowhard's many adopted children.

Rizen (Rare) - Syline's personal bodyguard and very long lifelong companion, never seen not wearing his baroque, spiked plate armor, this giant of a warrior stands an easy 7 feet tall, his crackling green sword and slab of a shield at the ready to defend Syline and her library at a moments notice. His hulking physique hides a tacticians mind, and for all her daemonic blessings, Syline has never beat him at chess.

Raveline (Ultra Rare) - A famous DJ in Canterlot, this raver wears an ever glowing group of glow rings, and a pair of signature purple aviators, matching her purple coat and mane. She's best known for happy hardcore, and always having time to hang out with her fans. Careful though, she's a total scaredy cat. Seeing as she's a celebrity, our modeller's include LED lights in every model so her glow bands actually glow!

Thelonious (Common) - Alma's adopted father, and the inquisitor who taught her everything she knows. He's spent the last ten years posessed by a daemon and now the old stallion simply wants to enjoy his retirement. He's getting rather annoyed with how many people mistake him for theta though...

Female Spark:
A female pegasus with a light brown coat and a yellow mane/tail with light blue highlights. She has a lightning bolt for a cutie mark. She will never find true love, no matter how hard she and her poster try.

Male Spark:
A male pegasus with a dark brown coat and a yellow mane/tail. He has a lighting bolt for a cutie mark. Warning: hormones may or may not dictate his actions.

Male Unicorn Spark:
A male unicorn with a dark brown coat and a yellow mane/tail. He has a Red Cross for a cutie mark. Figure comes with first aid kit accessory and french maid costume! Warning: Strong hormones

Male Unicorn Lust Demon Spark:
A male unicorn with a dark brown coat and a yellow mane/tail. He has a Red Cross for a cutie mark. He would look like a normal pony if he didn't have horns and slits for irises. You thought his hormone concentration was high before? Now he NEEDS to fuck things, and will go through anything to do so.

Skeleton Spark:
A female pegasus skeleton. It walks, talks, and tries to hurt you if you don't give it it's flesh back!
Figure has a button on the bottom that makes her fall into a pile of bones until you let go of the button!

Hermaphrodite Spark:
A male(?) pegasus with a light brown coat and a yellow mane/tail with light blue highlights. S/he has a lightning bolt for a cutie mark. We don't talk about this form. Ever.

Jack:
A green unicorn male with a red mane/tail and red glasses. He has no cutie mark, but he does have a terminal illness! He also acts surprisingly human.

Solara:
A female Espeon. May or may not be a bitch, and may or may not have the hots for a certain demonic kitty.

Eeveelution Tribe: A, well, tribe of Eeveelutions. This is Solara's birthplace that once was ruled by a mind controlling dickbag of an Espeon (Who wasn't Solara). Oh, don't worry, he was burned alive by his own daughter (Solara), so everything's fine now.

Years of being a weatherpony in the precipitation department allows him to manipulate water and ice. Nonetheless, he is a shy cobalt pegasus who values kindness. Never get on his bad side.

Rock Drop (Common):
This bright green earth pony is an earthbender, manipulator of rock and stone. He is also a kelpie hunter and hunts them down alongside his twin brother Mythic Star. He would be a pretty awesome hunter if he didn't fall for kelpies' feminine charms all the time.

Mythic Star (Common):
Twin brother of Rock Drop, this red unicorn is a mage who speciallizes in Destruction. Like his brother, he too is a kelpie hunter but doesn't fall for their charms as often.

Rainbow Swirl (Uncommon):
This yellow pegasus stallion with the rainbow mane is an enchanter who enchants objects with light/rainbow spectrums. He is certainly not the best, but he is willing to learn. Totally not related to Rainbow Dash.

Phantom Lancer (Uncommon):
This tan unicorn is fond of wearing dark-lens sunglasses. Notorious by his friends for his ability to generate illusions of himself by bending the light to confuse others, sometimes to his friends' dismay.

So apparently someone got a gashapon figure of me and had no idea who I was, so I'm gonna post a description.

Stratus (uncommon?) - A gray pagasus with glasses and a green and black mane and tail. A fairly average pony, holds a normal job at the weather factory in the lightning department. He's also a very fast flyer and a surprisingly good fighter. He usually heads to the bar for some good conversation. He is good friends with Nightfall of the Shadowbolts, but is unrelated to Stratus of the Shadowbolts.

In case anyone cares
Day 1: 30 gachabits used
Day 2: 40 gachabits used
Day 3: 34 gachabits used

If anyone wanted to keep track of the number of each rarity, or even each figurine people have gotten, I'd be grateful.
>> No. 442686
Venificus - An adeptus astartes of the Blood Ravens chapter. The figure towers several inches above the others, and is equipped with a miniature bolt pistol with light and sound effects when placed in the figure's magnetic grip. The helmet can be removed, revealing…gasp! A girl space marine?!

Agent 227 - A terran Ghost, black ops agent. Take a ninja, a psychic, a sniper, and you will get a Ghost. This figure stands as a humanoid with a removable gas mask, and features limited articulation.

Sierra Charlie - The dead man walking. Dressed in a Crytek battlesuit, the anonymous pony underneath is dead silent when not speaking in babbled, nonsensical military jargon. Features authentically voiced sound effects such as "Hostile neutralized," "Engaging," "Sector is not secure," and "Sierra to Bravo…"

Xi-8 - A daughter of the Architect of Sin. This snow-white coated, ice blue maned android is dressed in sleek, stark white armor, and can launch up to four miniature wing-blades forward about a foot or two.

Alright, gonna put down the description/flavor text for a couple of my characters now.

Umbra: Formerly Nightmare Moon from a different timeline, this iteration of the dark mistress of the night managed to defeat the bearers of the Elements of Harmony upon her return, leading her world to ruin. After finding herself in the Bar, she eventually took a new name and started over, though she still carries an otherworldly chill with her wherever she goes.

Chrysalis: Queen of the changelings. This particular figurine of her is exquisitely made, it's so hard to look away... Maybe you should just admire it for awhile, everything else can wait...

I'll do all the clones in one go when I get the descriptions done.

In addition to >>443021, I recommend Silver Bullet and maybe Rush (the first guy Dulset dated).

The following characters are being considered for deletion:

Gray's characters (I have his permission to delete these, but with enough votes they can still be saved):
Seda
Psi-20
Gray Dawn
Apocalyptic Dream
Skycast
Voskhod
Arctic Breeze
The Dreamer
Rainbow Dash

(I just don't know who these two are, so unless someone defends them they will be excluded from the next set.)
Zephyr Cry
Looney

I'd rather not have this take more than two or three days, as I kind of said the next set would be out tomorrow and forgot to do this before now.

Go ahead and write something for the ones already there, you can submit anyone else you have. And no, it's not your Dreamer.

No one's suggested those characters but if you get two people to agree then they'll be added. We DO have a Ditzy Doo, is that the Derpy you mean?

>>443137

Could be, been a few through here.

Cloud, A white mare and the only female staff of the Donut Bar. Caution, may cause attraction and awkward situations when real horse hair tail is lifted.

Mini, The Homunculus owner of Curiosity, where everything is for sale except cats, and Blowhards heart. No really, she keeps it in jar on her bedside table. Soul not included.

And one to add.

Brilliant Dusk, A warrior king from Skyberia, enjoys booze, swords, booze, stallions, and jellyfish. Comes with Sword, fake bottles, and a Jellyfish! Mare, Filly, and Colt versions coming soon! Rare.

Hahaha, if you could find a second person on Ponychan who wanted to remember Ultramariox's characters, I'd be surprised.

>Heyo~

>Taiguen S Reeves[b]
An accomplished inventor/electrical engineer and former cyborg settling down in canterlot after a long journey though the wild, several successful business ventures, and a defunct, extremophilic military base. Need something fixed? He's your pony. Also...do not mess with his laserpen!

>[b]Kyla S

An....interesting sight for less experienced eyes, and still one for most that have seen it all. This happy-go-lucky Sleptine mare trots around on 6 legs, not including her pair of wings. A descendant from the eight-legged pony, Sleipnir. Needless to say, she loves a good hug.

>[b]Reggie[b]
Slap another one on the docket for mythical beings, this merpony can switch forms between your average unicorn, to a serpent of the sea at will. He built his home beside a lake from the ruins of an old gym. An architect, and landscaper, he takes care of several miles of lakes and rivers.

>[b]Twilight Stark[b]
Don't you just hate it when your suddenly find yourself many trillions of miles away, on some planet in another dimension? Well, she sure as heck didn't mind. Introducing herself with more balls than most stallions, and a spell set that could make a library cry, this 1800 year old unicorn has set out across the multiverse to catalog it all...and of course, make a library all about it, thats open for everyone.

Brand new figurines await discovery!
Some figurines you have may no longer be available! Will their value skyrocket?

13 new Commons!
9 new Uncommons!
6 new Rares!
5 new Ultra Rares!

Also, it seems to have moved from the corner of the bar to a more noticeable location by the bar proper. Who moved it, and how?
Alongside the machine is a small sign listing all the discontinued figurines. Looks like it's no secret now!

Dom - A less then serious larger then usual earth pony that can change into a bear...though he really is a bear that could change into a pony.

Blackjack - a recovering alcoholic teenager with a long history of violence who couldn't give sympathy to anyone she doesn't think deserves it

Asbjorn - a supersized bear from the future, once you get over the fear get ready to get a hug from this loveable giant

Nightshade(Uncommon): A rather apathetic demon-turned-angel, he's a member of Team Donut Bar. While he may not sound, or look like he cares, he probably does. Probably.

Bella(Common): Nightshade's daughter from when he was a demon, Bella is as friendly as she is flirtatious. Despite her succubi nature, she's happily married to Ezzie, with five fillies between them.

Lilith(Common): Bella's eldest daughter, she takes after her grandfather, Nightshade. Friendly, if occasionally snappy, Lilith is just as much at home conversing with friends as she is kicking the teeth in of anyone who hurts her friends or family

Sweetie-Bot(Rare): Having come into the bar as a filly-sized gynoid, she has since upgraded into a polite robotic mare, adopted by Dom the Bear. She spends most of her time secluded from the bar in her lab, located...somewhere(and maybe even somewhen)

Rushie (Post-Island)--Uncommon
<After her brother traveled to the island where she once crash-landed, it was revealed that she was genetically reconstructed...under the assumption that she was supposed to be a Changeling. This figurine has a carefully-molded green flame effect extending from its legs, which are jagged and hole-filled just like ordinary Changeling legs.>

Dawn (Post-Island)--Uncommon
<Having traveled to the strange island in the Ponicific ocean, Dawn has learned his sister's true nature. Upon his return, he learned that Blowhard had retired, leaving Dawn in the tentative position of "Hoofen Retainer". He's wearing a duster coat, and pressing a button on his back makes his face show what can only be described as "OH SH*T!">

Sudo (Normal)--Uncommon
<An enterprising hacker who was able to install a USB port in the base of his skull. Gray coat, white mane, cutie mark is text-only. Who the hell designed his color scheme!?>

Sudo (DERPBot)--Common
<After being kicked out of his own mind by a strange virus, Sudo traveled across the Ponynet in search of assistance. A "generous" businesspony donated him this rust-bucket to use as his temporary body. The eyes aren't even aligned right.>

Sudo (DASHBot)--Rare
<It didn't take long for Sudo and his friend Asimov to find the materials to make a new body. This one sports more powerful limbs, flight, and a taser integrated into one of its forehooves, along with a satellite Ponynet connection. Dude, rainbows are so 60's.>

"Manehattan Masher!"--Uncommon
<Nopony knows why this massive, muscular stallion began rampaging through Manehattan. His cutie mark certainly has nothing to do with smashing things. What does "[email protected]>$ sudo" even mean?>

John "DOOMGUY" Blazkowicz--Common
<Despite his powerful muscles, massive arsenal of guns, and incredible size (Who's a man and a half? He's a man and a half!), this hulking marine is actually fairly normal. Even if he's obsessed with demons.>

Element of Explosives--Common
<In an alternate universe where the Elements of Badassery are what save Equestria on a daily basis, this pink mare is the foremost expert on all things pyrotechnic. Thankfully, most of her weapons merely fire confetti. Most of them.>

Narrator? (Classy)--Rare
<When he began toying with Dawn and Rushie, this "Narrator" took on a caricature-like appearance, wearing a faux-40's mobster outfit.>

Dawn Breeze (Furious)--Rare
<The green pegasus, waving his gun around. Dawn usually doesn't get this assmad over things, but his Narrator pushed his buttons to a ridiculous degree. Has a little peg on the base, which allows you to attach the Narrator? figurines and recreate one of the many times Dawn has wanted to shoot that nutjob.>

Charles Clarke--Rare
<A researcher from long ago. How is he still alive? Why is he so surprised at the presence of ponies? And what was he researching at the lab named after him? At least he's got a designer lab coat, and he's kept it a pristine white.>

GOC Observation Team--Uncommon
<Four men, wielding various assault rifles and wearing night-vision(?) goggles (but no plate carrier? What a bunch of amateurs). They blew their cover the moment they entered the Donut Bar, when their point-man and leader yelled in surprise at the sheer variety of world-altering beings inside the Bar. The goggles flip up. The end you look through will also glow different colors depending on who you point them at, and there's a handy color-code list on the bottom: Blue = Magic, Green = Reality Warp, Black = RUN.>

Well, the good news is that you can jump right in.

The bad news is, it's a wretched hive of scum and villainy, where anything can happen and there are no rules on the crazy train.

I wonder how long your characters will go before they become fourth-wall aware.

Oh, and I recommend Ponychan X and using the View Last 50 Posts option.
