>>453687 Let's break this down shall we?
>Just when I thought the elitist clique here couldn't get more stuck up its own ass. >The elitist clique >elitist
Now let's take into consideration your previous statements.
>>453678 >God tiers up ins. Bein all anime an weaboo an shit. I'm surprised to see this thread back up in /ooc/, in all actuality.
Now, ignoring your lack of grammatical punctuation of commas in that sentence, let's look at that sentence.
>Bein[sic] all anime an weaboo an shit.
It would be a good assumption that you meant the word "Being", so let's ignore that. Easy mistake to miss a letter. The third word you use animé, which as any intelligent person knows that animé refers to any cartoon creation made outside of the United States. So at this point in the sentence, we're unsure what you're talking about. To derive your actual meaning, we must look further into the sentence.
>an weeaboo
Weeaboo - An english derogatory slang term for a person or person(s) that are obsessed with japanese culture.
From that word we can derive that you're talking about japanese animation. We can also derive that you're looking down on the use of such things japanese, or maybe just japanese animation from that word. This is also backed up by your use of "an shit." to end your sentence.
>>453680 Now let's look at this statement.
>I would make the proper reference associated with that, but then I would look like just as much an animoonga, or mango, or whatever-you-call-it type freak.
>I would make... but I always find these to be interesting clauses. It show's one's disinterest in a subject and for how petty of a reason. Let's continue.
>I would make the proper reference associated with that You claim to know the origin of the phrase and what would follow, but as you point out here >>453683 with "Really, that phrase has been uttered in just about every[sic] that exists" There's a lot that can be assumed of what you mean by "every", but let us assume that you mean any form of literature, animation, or film, as that would be the logical thing. This would mean that you don't actually know what the source material for the saying was.
>but then I would look like just as much an animoonga, or mango, or whatever-you-call-it type freak. In this sentence, you're worried that your overall outlook of yourself and that of your peers would go down. This is supplemented by your phrases of "animoonga", which could be assumed as a bastardization of the word animé one would hope, and "whatever-you-call-it type freak", meaning that you're unsure of the proper wording but using the word freak as a derogatory term instead of it's proper meaning to describe oddity. There's also your talk of mangos which is a fruit; how odd. A bastardization of manga perhaps?
So from your statements, we can clearly define that you look down on either japanese culture, or the animation or the associated art style as beneath you. Should you accept such things beneath you, you believe that your self-worth of yourself and in the eyes of your peers goes down; making you less worthy of your status that you have given yourself. Now, let's define elitist as it's used.
Elitist. (adj) - (of a person or class of persons) considered superior by others or by themselves, as in intellect, talent, power, wealth, or position in society:
As you've used it, you claim that we're elitist for some reason, possibly for using japanese animation as our pictures. Oddly you do this yourself, but we'll get to that in a moment. How ever, you claim that a "weeaboo" as you put it, is beneath you and would worsen your self-entitlement should you acknowledge japanese art. By definition of the word and how you used it, you too are an elitist.
Now, as for your own use of pictures of Godot, you seem to believe that these do not make you a "weeaboo", even though the pixel art and drawn art are both animé. As well as coming from a japanese video game series, Phoenix Wright. Which by your definition of "weeaboo" as you've used it, means that you yourself are a "weeaboo" This is a state known as Double Standard.
Double Standard (noun) - any code or set of principles containing different provisions for one group of people than for another.
TL;DR: Godotnonymous is a faggot.
