Well, to put it simply it's an online bulletin board. where you can organize tasks, ideas and all sorts of stuff..

Personally I've used it for project work, travel planning (Hotels, flights, stuff to visit etc.) and as a general board for all my silly ideas that will most likely never be more than that.

It's free to use and it got a lot of nice stuff to help out with getting tasks done.. I'd definitely check it out if I were you..

I'm just a little curious with the indefinite hiatus on Ponychan Live/Project May, are there still going to be actual new developments for Ponychan over time and to what extent would you guys be developing? I know "Aurrie" was instrumental to Project May itself, but it still had a dev team with people like Grandil, and will they still be working on new projects?

Alright. There were numerous projects I remember Orange wanted Ponychan Live to help support by enticing other organizations to make use of Ponychan, but I don't think a PM system and profiles are absolutely critical to it. There are certain things I'd really like to see explored and possibly proceed as projects, such as adding an embed of various brony Internet radio stations for people to listen to some brony music while browsing.

I just got involved after making a theme. They were making new ban screens and I was asked to do some mockups and CSS for it.
I'm actually not sure if they're still looking as they were supposed to. They still have a "beta"-tag that much I do know.

But yeah, I'm sure there's lots of things that could be added/made better.
The radio doesn't seem like a bad idea..

No matter what they have in the works (if anything), I think it'd be nice to make sure that it's features that will sit well with the majority of userbase..

Well the radio idea I got from a suggestion from Nature Blossom, iirc, who said we should have a party mode that did crazy things and played all pony music. However, it could go beyond the pony music and have a library we could add our own songs to. That seems like a difficult thing to work out while keeping server stress low, but maybe not. Either way, probably a longer term goal than getting the initial thing put up. It had some positive support and seemed to have momentum, but it got classified under a too much effort for little benefit. So I had figured embeds of radios would be a simple compromise. Easy to implement and it has the added benefit of promoting/reaching out to other facets of the brony community.

Perhaps it's time to remove the Trello thread? It doesn't seem like the mods are bought into the idea of using it. To me it seems like it was mostly a tool used bu Aurroria/Zamoonda.

And another suggestion. Get the ban screens done (Ribbons fail to change colours in some cases) and remove the beta-tag.. I only added that thing because I assumed that the code needed to be fixed up a bit before it was final..

I believe that the only issue in regards to why is because of the same reason why the IRC sidebar could not be completed. You either navigate the whole site in a global php file or you load the widget for every new page you load. The only site I know that seems to have nailed the concept correctly is iheart radio, which obviously was more than a makeshift on-site project (also, check the console on their page if you get a chance, you'll find a conveniently placed easter egg in there.)

Well, it'll be sad to see it go. Personally I still think it's was a good decision to embed the Trello as a sticky to let everypony know what is actively being done and what suggestions have made the list. If anything, I would urge the moderators to actively post on the page so we, as regulars of their site, have an overall understanding of what decisions are made around here.
Though if anything, it would be nice to wipe the cards clean again.

Hm, it would also be nice to see a little customization on those 404 pages though.

Or was it dismissed? We came up with this over a year ago, as a report reason menu. Reason being it would not only allow Mods to more quickly address the more urgent reports, it would give them somewhat of an idea of what they're in for in following the report link.

So, just curious, did this get lost in the grande scheme of things, or am I just really inobservant?

For larger threads, there are page buttons, but they're only visible from the main board. I would like to see them within the threads as well for easier browsing, especially in /pic/. Also find a way to not have PonychanX load posts while looking through pages.

Requesting deletion of this thread. I'm pretty sure there will be no objections to this now, seeing as there hasn't been anything added to the trello in five months, and in addition, an update to Trello's site broke the embed completely anyhow.
